Dale Orr farms around 300 acres near Strangford, County Down. The farm has been farmed organically since 1998 and is certified by the Soil Association. 

Farming cattle and sheep, the farm focus is on improving soil health and maximising days at grass. Multi species swards were introduced to the grazing rotation in 2018 and have made a significant impact to the soil, animal performance and have greatly enhanced the biodiversity of the farm. 

This is a great opportunity to join a small group of like minded farmers to learn from Dale on how to manage multi species swards for longevity, while also hearing how he feels it has helped his farm in multiple ways; for profits, biodiversity, animal helath and nature.
