About the event

Gerard has kindly opened his farm business as an example to use for the base of the discussion.

Topics for the night will include:

  1. Market analysis: Participants share their insights on local market conditions, consumer preferences, and challenges they face. Ideate strategies for going forward.
  2. Routes to market: how can we distribute product more efficiently, CSA's, wholesale, markets, restaurants etc, How can we work together to be more successful.
  3. Farm shop concepts: what works and what doesn't, what does the customer expect, keys components to a prosperous shop etc
  4. Possibility of farm shop franchise: could this work to enable a successful model to be shared out? Explore the benefits, challenges, and considerations for setting up such a model.

Some brilliant minds who are well established in this sector will be there on the night, this is sure to be a lively event of learning, discussion and inspiration.

Food and drink will be provided to attendees.
