This training will be hosted by Charlie Cole from Broughgammon Farm. Charlie will teach us all about his direct selling from inception through to being an approved cutting facility, to selling at farmers markets and running a food trailer.

About the event

This training is for those of you considering selling meat direct from your farm.  Charlie will share his experience and knowledge and demonstrate a lamb being butchered on the day also.

The workhop will run 10.30-3pm with some lunch provided.
