With EFS (H), the communication is non-existent until you get a letter/contract of offer. The timeline for that is late Dec/early Jan. I assume Wider to be the same. It is ok to not do or not complete proposed works, but a 'SAF3' for needs completed towards end of calendar year if works have been claimed via SFP application but will not be completed.
